Unicorn Dream Sessions
We first began photographing Unicorn Dream Sessions in 2016. Kirsten and I started the unicorn sessions, because we each had clients with daughters who had late summer birthdays and a love for Unicorns [or did their mothers' love unicorns? An answer we may never know;)...]. We joined together to turn a white pony into every little girls fantasy: a magical unicorn. Since, we've had a high demand for recreating this mythical creature several times per year.
These sessions have been so enjoyable for us to watch a dream literally come true in front of our eyes, with girls [and moms] of all ages! They have grown in popularity over the last two years and we look forward to offering them each year.
With all that goes into these sessions, their availability is very limited, our goal is to hold Unicorn Dream Sessions one to two times per year: around late spring/early summer and later summer/eary fall. If the demand continues to grow we will gladly add more sessions throughout the year [we are DYING to do a winter session- let us know if you're in!]

What happens during a Unicorn Session?
These are not scripted...at all. Y’all. The most amazing things happen when your daughter sees that unicorn for the first time. They are overcome with excitement and disbelief. They fill with wonder and curiosity. You can’t take the smile from their eyes!
Kirsten is an experienced horse handler and we practice safety the entire shoot. We definitely encourage the kids to interact with the horse! They can pet, feed and even sit on the pony, per parents permission and our guidance, all while having each moment of joy and wonder professionally photographed as a keepsake.
After the session, it takes 2-4 weeks to select and edit your best images; and your session includes a minimum of 3 digital images with print release.
